1. What Method of Payments is acceptable?

         The fastest and easiest way you can order Armenian Software™ product(s) is through our web site. All major credit cards are accepted and all credit card transactions we use the services of PayPal.

2. In which states do you collect sales tax?

         New York Residents 8.375% Sales Tax will be applied on your total order during checkout.

3. How is my personal information used?

         We are the sole owners of the information collected on our web site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via E-mail or other direct contact from you. We DO NOT however have any of your financial information when our products are purchased. For Credit card transactions PayPal service is used, we are notified by PayPal ONLY with your order information and your mailing address to fulfill your order(s). We treat the issue of your privacy very seriously. We treat your information with the utmost care. We have also taken the appropriate security measures to enforce it. This includes your E-mail address, name, home address and other personal information that you submit. We do NOT use online or offline information you provide, for any purpose other than responding directly to the customer's request.

5. I have registered and downloaded my software program on my Computer, but it does not function on any other computer why?

1. Each Armenian Software™ registered program, is individually coded and is designed and programmed for the user to be able to use it on only one computer.
   Why? To prevent Software Piracy, and to prevent illegal copying, selling or distributing of Intellectual copy right property, without the owners consent, Software Piracy is a copy right infringement, and is subject to civil and criminal penalties, and it is a multi Billion Dollar business industry!
   We have spent several years of planning, organizing, trial and error, with extreme difficulties and very challenging conditions, to develop Armenian Software™ programs, for our youth and to you, we simply prefer not to be a statistic in that list. 6. How to Install register and launch the Armenian Software Programs

         You must have high speed internet connection to download and install Armenian Software Programs
        
         Any “Virus Protection” program that is running on your computer or a “Fire Wall” program can prevent the instillation and it will also prevent, to launch the programs, please turn off your “Fire Wall” in order to install and launch the Armenian Software Programs.
         During the instillation process or launching the programs, you may get this message form your “Computer security” and your “Fire Wall” security

1. An unidentified program wants to access and install programs to your computer
2. Click Allow Access, I trust This Program
3. Note: If your browser "Security Warning" dialog box appears, you will need to click "Yes" to install the Armenian Software Programs
4. Follow the screen instructions to register Your Software Program
5. After registration your software program will begin with the instillation
6. After instillation you will see two Armenian Software Icons on your “Desk Top” one of the Icons is to launch the program and second Icon is to connect to Armenian Software web site
7. Armenian Software Programs are individually designed for users to be able to use it on only one computer. Registered programs can not be re registered or share on a different computer.

7. How do I uninstall my software?

         For All Windows Operating Systems.

1. From Windows click Start.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Go to Control Panel.
4. Double click on Add/Remove Programs.
5. Select your product(s) name.
6. Click the Add/Remove button.
7. Follow instructions.

8. Armenian Software™ products compatible with all operating systems?

         All of our products are compatible with all Microsoft operating systems. Exception of MAC operating systems.

9. Will installing ArmenianSoftware.com products affect my computer's applications?

         No our software products Do Not affect other applications on your computer. All of our software programs are compatible with all windows operating systems.

10. What is your refund policy?

         We do not have any refund policy. All Armenian Software programs are downloadable directly from our website.

12. Who is behind the company and where is the software being made?

         The idea of ArmenianSoftware.com was conceived and developed in 2005 after noticing that there were so many fun educational software programs available to youth in the English language only. As most of the learning tools available to Armenian youth were only available in textbooks, The Company, Armenian Software™ was formed to create a software program(s) that combines learning with fun-without the violence. Armenian Software™ wanted to attract the attention of anyone and any age group, with colorful animations and with audio-enhancement, so the user would be able to spend quality time learning and exploring the Armenian Alphabet at their own pace, while having fun - all while sitting in front of their PC. A very talented and dedicated group of individuals are responsible for our actual software products and web page design. Our software products are made in Yerevan Armenia. This web site was written with the assistance of Anne Casanova in New York. After many months of traveling to Armenia, corresponding with Armenian Software™ dedicated team members daily by E-mail, and testing on many focus groups, consisting of various children's age groups and adults of different Armenian backgrounds and locations, the Armenian Software™ was finally created in 2008.

         All children and anyone under the age of 18 are always welcome to browse this site.
However we ask that anyone under the age of 18 Please DO NOT Submit any personal information to us, if you are under the age of 18 you may ONLY do so in conjunction with and under the supervision of your parents or guardians.
