1. What Method of Payments is acceptable?

         The fastest and easiest way you can order Armenian Software™ product(s) is through our web site. All major credit cards are accepted and all credit card transactions we use the services of PayPal.

2. In which states do you collect sales tax?

         New York Residents 8.375% Sales Tax will be applied on your total order during checkout.

3. How is my personal information used?

         We are the sole owners of the information collected on our web site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via E-mail or other direct contact from you. We DO NOT however have any of your financial information when our products are purchased. For Credit card transactions PayPal service is used, we are notified by PayPal ONLY with your order information and your mailing address to fulfill your order(s). We treat the issue of your privacy very seriously. We treat your information with the utmost care. We have also taken the appropriate security measures to enforce it. This includes your E-mail address, name, home address and other personal information that you submit. We do NOT use online or offline information you provide, for any purpose other than responding directly to the customer's request.
 

4. How do I install my software?

         Please Research before You Purchase
Be sure that Armenian Software™ programs are compatible with your computer. Following we have listed a few helpful features for your computer All of our software programs require CD-ROM Drive. For all Windows Operating System minimal requirements are:

   Check to see if you need updates for Windows, your programs, your hardware or your devices.
9. Adobe Flash Player is a multiple-platform client. Web users must download and install the player in order to view and interact with Flash content. Install Flash Player
10. Shockwave Player displays content created with Macromedia Director® such as high-performance multi-user games, interactive 3D product simulations, online entertainment, and training applications. Install Shockwave Player

5. I have registered and downloaded my software program
But I can not open or start the program.

         All Armenian Software™ programs will start automatically after registering your Software program.

1. After registering and downloaded your program, there should be two icons on your desk top, one of the icon is to launch the software program you just downloaded, and the other icon is to connect you to ArmenianSoftware.com Web site.
2. Armenian Software™ programs must be in your CD-ROM drive at all times, to be able to launch and operate the programs, without the software in the CD-ROM drive, the programs will not function.
3. We would like to remind all of our customers, that Armenian Software™ products are high tech computer software programs. They are not a music CD or DVD’s. Your computers must be up to date at all times, and all computers must have the correct and the latest functioning components installed, regardless of your computers age, to be able to interact with all types of media or any web sites, or any other type of programs to function smoothly, your computers must be up to date with the latest Flash Player and the latest Adobe Shock Wave Player on your computer, to be able to view and to interact with all types of animations with Flash Player Content. You should also have Automatic Updates turned ON by Microsoft. All of these following updated features are needed on all computers to view all internet web sites smoothly and securely. And not only for Armenian Software™ products. You can download these updated components for free!
   Please read FAQ #4.
4. Please be advised that each Armenian Software™ program is individually coded and is designed and programmed for the user to be able to use it on only one computer. There are several other selective packages we offer, for those who wish to use Armenian Software™ programs on multiple computers, on our Products page.

6. I have registered and downloaded my software program on my Computer, but it does not function on any other computer why?

        

1. Each Armenian Software™ registered program, is individually coded and is designed and programmed for the user to be able to use it on only one computer.
   Why? To prevent Software Piracy, and to prevent illegal copying, selling or distributing of Intellectual copy right property, without the owners consent, Software Piracy is a copy right infringement, and is subject to civil and criminal penalties, and it is a multi Billion Dollar business industry!
   We have spent several years of planning, organizing, trial and error, with extreme difficulties and very challenging conditions, to develop Armenian Software™ programs, for our youth and to you, we simply prefer not to be a statistic in that list. 2. We encourage all our customers to visit our web site, and familiarize with our web site thoroughly, who we are, what we do, Terms and conditions and with our products, by previewing our on line Free Games section.

7. How do I uninstall my software?

         For All Windows Operating Systems.

1. From Windows click Start.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Go to Control Panel.
4. Double click on Add/Remove Programs.
5. Select your product(s) name.
6. Click the Add/Remove button.
7. Follow instructions.

8. Armenian Software™ products compatible with all operating systems?

         All of our products are compatible with Microsoft operating systems. Exception of VISTA and MAC operating systems.
We do not recommend installing Armenian Software™ programs to Microsoft Vista operating system due to Vista comman driver problems.

9. Will installing ArmenianSoftware.com products affect my computer's applications?

         No our software products Do Not affect other applications on your computer. All of our software programs are compatible with all windows operating systems except for VISTA operating system.

10. What is your refund policy?

         All of our Software Programs are new and sealed when it is mailed to you.
When you purchase our products from our web site or any of our Vendors that carry our products and you decide to return it back for what ever the reason, please contact us directly.

We will be more then happy to assist you if you wish to return back Armenian Software™ products.
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and with your product.

We will be more then happy to assist you and accept returns ONLY when our programs have not been opened from its original packaging and it was not downloaded to your computer.
We WILL NOT accept any returns or issue any refunds once Armenian Software™ programs are opened and downloaded to your computer.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

1. International orders may result in additional customs, taxes, and brokerage and/or duty fees upon delivery of your order(s) to your country, the buyer is responsible for these additional fees.
2. Expedited shipping is available upon your request by USPS Express service and by Fed Ex for additional shipping charges, if this service is requested please do let us know by E-mail we will respond in timely fashion to notify you about additional shipping fees.
3. All orders are shipped the next day after payments are completed.

4. We have a strict policy about shipping, all orders are shipped ONLY to your credit card billing address we DO NOT ship to any other destination.
   What does that mean?
   It means that when you place an order and request that order(s) to be shipped to another address we can ship ONLY to your confirmed billing address.

12. Who is behind the company and where is the software being made?

         The idea of ArmenianSoftware.com was conceived and developed in 2005 after noticing that there were so many fun educational software programs available to youth in the English language only. As most of the learning tools available to Armenian youth were only available in textbooks, The Company, Armenian Software™ was formed to create a software program(s) that combines learning with fun-without the violence. Armenian Software™ wanted to attract the attention of anyone and any age group, with colorful animations and with audio-enhancement, so the user would be able to spend quality time learning and exploring the Armenian Alphabet at their own pace, while having fun - all while sitting in front of their PC. A very talented and dedicated group of individuals are responsible for our actual software products and web page design. Our software products are made in Yerevan Armenia. This web site was written with the assistance of Anne Casanova in New York. After many months of traveling to Armenia, corresponding with Armenian Software™ dedicated team members daily by E-mail, and testing on many focus groups, consisting of various children's age groups and adults of different Armenian backgrounds and locations, the Armenian Software™ was finally created in 2008.
 

13. Is there any Armenian bookstores or retail store that carries Armenian Software™ products?

         As you know we are a young company. At this time our software products can be purchased only from our web site. However we will be in contact with all Armenian schools, churches, organizations, book stores here in the United States and abroad. If there is an interest to carry our software products, we will list the organizations, store locations and details on our web site.

However we ask that anyone under the age of 18 Please DO NOT Submit any personal information to us, if you are under the age of 18 you may ONLY do so in conjunction with and under the supervision of your parents or guardians.

         As parents please familiarize yourself with our web site and all the features that have to offer you and to our youth, we encourage you to discuss with your children the responsibilities of using the Internet and the World Wide Web.
